Hi and welcome to my website where I share images of my works!
I was born in Portugal, where the Tagus river meets the Atlantic ocean. Studied Music Theory and Composition in a professional school in Estoril and then went to Moscow to study Fine Arts.
After a few years of traveling, especially in India and some time working in England, me and my husband decided to settle in a beautiful place in Spain by the name Candeleda. Here nature is lush, with mountains and rivers.
Candeleda landscapes offer continuous inspiration. I love to paint in nature, walking down to the marsh or up the mountain, stopping to read the landscape, following the movement of the changing colours with the eye and the pastels.
It also warms my heart to think that in different parts of the world people have in their homes a little part of nature which I have once translated into painting.
Painting and drawing has been a journey since over 20 years along with other learning and travelling.
